“Don’t be yourself. Be someone a little nicer.”

Those were words I read this morning and found them inspirational. Who I am, in and of myself is not a very nice person. But God loves me with a love that can not, should not, be contained within me. God’s grace should reveal itself by the love and compassion I show to others.

“We love because he first loved us.”
– 1 John 4:19, NIV

Today, and all days, may you not just be nice, but be love. God’s love.
