“One Christian who has been tempted is worth a thousand who haven’t.”
–Martin Luther
Reading this quote just now reminded me of something I so clearly remember from a sermon a number of years ago? One of the points was that if you’re a danger to Satan then you probably won’t face his attacks.
So the question of the day is “what am I worth”?
In His service,

Totally switching gears, for those of you who new that one of our greyhounds was not doing well, Lori and I put Cherri to sleep on Monday. She had a very tough weekend and her spirit that had come back after the last batch of medication seemed to vanish. Monday was 3 weeks to the day when we took her to vet and she was shortly thereafter diagnosed with an inoperable tumor. While the drugs helped to initially diminish the pain, the tumor continue to grow to the size of a cantaloupe within her chest—easily visible. We were blessed Monday to be able to take her to the same doctor that had seen Cherri the last 3-4 times, and she confirmed that we were making a decision that was respectful of Cherri and her condition. Lori and I thank you for your prayers and thoughts. Now we are seeing many new sides of Slic, our other greyhound, and it is very entertaining.
