Wow! I love the simplicity of that — “response” + “ability”. The last several days have been amazing for me because I have been floored by God’s ability to do something when I get out of His way (read into that my book/writing adventures). When I say “here I am God”, He is waiting there to say, “okay, let’s go, I’ve been waiting.”

When I have the fresh perspective of watching God work in a way that I had not expected (which should always be the case for who am I to think I know how God will reveal Himself?), it makes me want to hand more stuff over to Him. It is like a small child learning to walk. First small steps, wobbling. Then larger, longer steps with confidence.
