Most days, most minutes in fact, there are a bevy of things rushing through my mind… even it doesn’t look like that to the outside world. How great, though, are those moments when I can slow down and focus on one thing?

What if I could slow down for a small amount of time each morning and allow myself to be filled with joy and peace? What would my day look like then? That really is what these emails are to you on the mornings I send them. Me focusing, on one thing… at least in the beginning of the writing. Then my mind wanders with the possibilities, and ramifications. It is like God asking me to come, take His hand, and then taking me off to other places, other possibilities.
